Series of words such as knowledge explosion and human capital remind us that the world's economy has developed to the time of knowledge economy in which knowledge is the most valueble treasure.In enterprises,human resouce,the owner of knowledge,has changed into the most important capital from the cost as it used to be,and become the creater of the enterprise's profit and the resoure being concerned by the administrators.However,it can be realized that although the importance of human resource has already been obtained enterprise's mutual recognition, in reality human resource management has not displayed its potentiality which is supposed to be, even stay at its preliminary stage because of some conditions' limits.Therefore it has also become the field which must be promoted urgently in enterprises.On the other hands, human resource is also the hot-spot researched by scholars in management field.Experience made by Western scholars from abundant investigation is that restrictions of promoting enterprise's benefits lie in human resource management has not keep the pace of echo and restrained enterprise's development as a whole when technoledge and equipment advanced by leaps and bounds.Therefore the theory of stragetic human resource management was refered in 1980's,and promptly gained the resonance all over the world.In china scholars presented by Shimei Yan has started to probe into the theories of stragetic human resource management.However,most of them are the theoretical results without the practising meaning. Therefore how to construct and perform the SHRM system and bring advantage of human resource into play mostly has become the focal point of the research in this field. According to this,the thesis has studied the construction of strategic human resource management system deeply by synthesizely exerting knowledge from many sujects such as psychology, ecnomics, management, mathematics and so on.In addition,it gave some suggestions in practise and hope to have some directional meaning in practise of management.This thesis analysed the connotation of stragetic human resource management first,expound the difference between stragetic human resource management and human resource management.In addition it construct the stragetic human resource management system based on the strategic object and enviroment with the help by the theory of the integration of human resource and stratege, and introduce the process of constucting stragetic human resource management system from three aspects,position management,performance appraisal and pay management, demonstrate the important effectiveness to statigic target seperately.At last,the thesis put forward some relevent tactics for performance to stragetic human resource management for the enterprises, and hope to reach the original intention,which is have some directional meaning in practise of management...
