The strategic position of the human resource management in the enterprise is already approbated by a lot of enterprise governor, but there are a great deal of problems in management practice. From the current condition of our country enterprise's human resource management, a lot of enterprises have already changed name from personnel section to the human resource department, and parts of these enterprises have already known gradually the importance of the human resource management, but equal parts of enterprises are just formalities to change, the traditional methods are remained from using work system, personnel system, allotment system to the enterprise executive appoint the system.This paper analyzes the present condition of the drilling company human resource management. Article mainly makes the particular analysis from choosing the person, training the person, using the person and detaining the person. In choosing the person, the company can't enlist the qualified talented person according to the developing strategy of the enterprise. In training the person, the people's usage is as emphasis, but the people's training is neglected in the human resource, and carried on the analysis from the training and occupation career planning both side.
