But since recent years after the opening policy of the Chinese economy and the establishment of the market-orientated economic system China has become the global ideal investment land. The R&D investment of MNC increases also rapidly.The increasing foreign invested R&D centers in Shanghai have also made bigger and bigger influence of the local scientific, technological and economical development.
