The Research Of Shanghai C Wind Electric Power Station Project For The Asset Securitization

With the development of the economic of the world, the shortage of energy becomes more and more obvious. Wind power is a clean and renewable energy source and has been played a significant role in the global energy source structure. However wind electric power industry in our country is far from developed compared to the world level. Considering its rapid growth, the wind electric power industry needs is in need of a large amount of funds from a new and cheaper channel of financing awfully.In this article, asset securitization is put forward as a feasible way of wind electric power project financing with regard to the features of wind electric power financing and the benefits that the asset securitization offers to the wind electric power enterprises and the investors.Considering the Chinese actual situation, this article analyzes the availability that wind electric power industry raise funds by way of asset securitization by a concrete case. In order to smooth away the adverse factors that holdback the development of asset securitization in our country, some suggestions regarding both policies and technical aspects are propose.
