Development Analysis And Countermeasure Study Of High And New Technological Industries In Changshu City

After the reality and existing problems of the development of high and new technological industries in the county area (Changshu City) were analyzed, adopting longitudinal and transverse analyses, effects, characteristics, experiences and rules of the development of high and new technological industries in Changshu City were firstly retrospected and concluded and existing problems of the development of high and new technological industries in the county area (Changshu City) were emphatically dissected at the same time.Secondly, the development of high and new technological industries in China and other countries was compared and influential factors of the development of high and new technological industries in the county area (Changshu City) were studied. Through transverse comparison of high and new technological industries among the county area, neighborhood areas and developed areas in the country, limitations and disparities within the development process of high and new technological industries in the county area were searched mainly from the development size of high and new technological industries, the development condition of industry groups, technological innovation and other aspects. Economic data of the past years were analyzed in terms of the theory of metric economy and different functions caused by several influential factors of the development of high and new technological industries were studied through solid evidences.Finally, countermeasures of the development of high and new technological industries in the county area (Changshu City) were brought forward mainly through comprehensive analysis of the above study results. Policy system for driving and accelerating the development of high and new technological industries in the county area (Changshu City) was constructed and detailed countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from governmental actions, transformation mechanisms of scientific achievements, reforms of conventional industries, capital market, international influential factors and other aspects.With great pertinence and practicability, this study based itself upon real problems existing in the development of high and new technological industries in the county area and firmly relied on characteristics and conditions of social and economic development. With strong comparability of control setting of samples, limitations and disparities of the present development of high and new technological industries in the county area were searched by a control study of the development of high and new technological industries between the county area and other developed areas. With higher scientificity and accuracy, study results were analyzed by statistical analysis technology of master test and multivariate regression analysis. All in all, this study bears important practical value, theoretical significance, strong scientificity and retrospective function.In view of the strong applicability and practicability of the study, first hand information was gained from interview, sampling survey and advanced-case study, and then overall data were adopted through literature review. On this condition, with the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the main influential factors of high and new technological industries and the sequence of their degrees of importance were probed into to construct a theoretical analysis model for understanding the relationship between the influential factors of the development of high and new technological industries and their influential effects, so as to provide theoretical foundations for solid-evidence analysis, design of related policies and system selection of the development of high and new technological industries.
