Evaluation And Analysis Of Innovation Performance Of High Technology Enterprises In Hebei Province

In recent years,the high-tech industry in hebei province has developed rapidly, the operating quality has improved dmarkedly, the leading industry advantage has been more prominent,enterprises and products with independent intellectual property rights has sprung up.As the main force of the development in high-tech industry,high technology enterprises have become an indispensable group in the economy development of Hebei province.The development on high technology enterprises not only can create a large number of new economic growth, but also play an important role on maintaining economic vitality, improving business efficiency, promoting innovation and improving competitiveness. From the perspective of service for Hebei province, this paper comprehensively analyzed the current situation of innovation performance of high technology enterprises in Hebei province, the related theoretical model and method were used to study the problems such as the evaluation of innovation performance of high technology enterprises systematically.First of all, the study on innovation performance of high technology enterprises of domestic and foreign relevant literature were reviewed. Main research status of the innovation ability and research achievements of high technology enterprises were summarized, the different scholars point of view and research conclusion were analyzed. Secondly, this paper has chosen the DEA method to evaluate based on the introduction and comparation of some methods of evaluation. According to the principles of input-output efficiency, this paper constructed an evaluation index system of input-output efficiency, which is formed by 2 inputs and 4 outputs.Thirdly statistical data from 2010 to 2014 was used to analyze the innovation ability of high technology enterprises in Hebei province roundly and systematically,objective problems existing in innovation performance of high technology enterprises in Hebei province were concluded.Then high technology enterprises in all the cities in Hebei province were comprehensively evaluated using the DEA model,where the relationship between innovation resources and innovation activities, between innovation and economic performance of high technology enterprises were revealed.At last, technical and economic measures were taken to improve the performance and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness aiming at the innovation performance problems of high technology enterprises in Hebei province.
