Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Six High-tech Industry Technology Alliance In Harbin

With the coming of the global economy which knowledge become more and more important, high-tech industry technology alliance can strengthen the integration of education, technology and economy. As enterprises can't provide all the necessary technical resources that they need by itself, so they need universities and research institutions help them to study in order to realize the technological innovation of enterprises and to optimize the industrial structure of society and to enhance the innovation ability of national and regional.
