Study On The Topics Of The Dairy Industry In Inner Mongolia

China's entry into WTO together with the implement of the Western Development strategy creates great development opportunities for inner Mongolia animal husbandry, of which dairy industry is dominant it follows that making major efforts to develop dairy industry is beneficial to the adjustment of agricultural infrastructure, the increase of the farmers' income and the improvement of people's health.Through an analysis of the existing produce, consume and trade situation of the dairy in china and the world, along with the development situation of the dairy in Inner Mongolia, her paper raises the restricting factors of the dairy development in our region, including grasslands' serious degeneration, the low amount of milk, the imperfection of products' structure, small scale of the dairy manufacture, and slow development of integration. Using grey system GM(1,1)model calculates milk quantity and cow quantity from 2003 to 2012. From the practical situation of Inner Mongolia, her paper puts forward development aim and countermeasures to ensure continuous, rapid and healthy development of the dairy industry Inner Mongolia in 2010:quickening step of adjusting planting structure, pioneering to the consumers' market, increasing the level of integration and so on.
