The Research On Regional Economic Agglomeration And Unisonous Development Of Hunan Province

The agglomeration of Economic activities is a widespread economic phenomenon that existed all over the world, agglomeration is the inevitable result of economic development. The production factors transfer freely among the regions and localize the feasible region, as a result, it forms the economic agglomeration, and the agglomeration is strengthened by the effect of accumulation and circulation. As the existence of spread effect and back-wash effect, it also brings both positive and negative effect to the regions nearby.Hunan province localized in the center part of China, as the market mechanism perfected gradually since 1992, its economy development rapidly for a long time, and people's live improved obviously. In the effect of the market mechanism, the trend of the economic agglomeration strengthens gradually, and the northeast part of the province has become the economic centre of Hunan. At the same time, the regional economic differences became more and more obviously, in the long time, the level of economic development presents a trend of radiation. In order to construct a"harmonious Hunan", it is important to expressly realize the state of agglomeration and its development uptrend, also the state of coordinated degree among the regions under the conditions of economic agglomeration.We bring forward a systemic and dynamic regional unisonous development concept on the base of abundant related researches, and investigate the mechanism of how the agglomeration affects the regional unisonous development, indicate the agglomeration is an important approach of implementing regional unisonous development, the unisonous development is the main target of regional economic development, it can be realized under a agglomeration condition. We also use the data from 1992 to 2006 of Hunan province to implement a demonstration research to describe the degree of agglomeration, the movement trend of regional differences and the condition convergence of the regional economy. We find that the economy of Hunan province exists of a condition convergence, if we implement some essential police. In the end of the article, we bring up an idea of economic region partition which is based on the idea of principal function region.According to the results of the study, we believe that the support of the government, regional market open and the industry collaboration are important to pursue the aim of regional unisonous development in the background of economic agglomeration.
