HeNan province's urbanization is in fact a kind ofarea population increasing urbanization with urban area increasing,not because oflabor force transfer.In Chapter 4,the paper studies the problem on HeNan province's labor forcetransfer and urbanization.The reason on abor force transfer and urbanization nodeveloping together is related to HeNan province's giant agricultural surplus laborforce.It is difficult for so many agricultural surplus labor force to transfer to city inshort time.Except upper reason,there are some more deep-seated reasons: agriculturallabor force's lower income,no stable work,life cost increasing,and so on.On the base of anterior research conclusion, chapter 5 puts forward to some advice on unisonous development between labor force transfer and urbanization:promote and support the development in non- agriculture industry, develop smalltown etc.
