General Electric is a well-know "hundred-year brand" enterprise and its globalization has always been an issue in the public eye. Entering the 21th century, Chinese enterprises have taken a new round of globalization; however, these actions always meet various kinds of obstacles. How can Chinese enterprises successfully globalize? By analyzing the dynamics of General Electric's globalization, this paper tries to give some help for Chinese enterprises to explore the overseas market.Based on the former studies on the enterprise globalization and multi-nation company, the paper sets up a framework for analyzing the activities of multi-nation company's globalization, and this framework is an integration to modified Dunning OLI model and the motive of multi-nation company's overseas investment based on the analyzing PEST. With the history of enterprise globalization as its clue, the framework focuses on the macro blackground in certain time, the host country factor and interaction of its motives of multi-national company. The whole paper centers on this framework, and combining the history and current status of General Electric's globalization, deeply and systematically analyzes the dynamics of General Electric's globalization.With the coming of global network time, the world is becoming smaller and smaller and the enterprise globalization is an inevitable trend. Learning from the steady operation mode of General Electric's globalization, following the central line of international industry transfer, fully understanding the investment environment of the host country, integrating the direction of Chinese enterprise's globalization and taking a systematical view will avoid us taking a detour, strengthen our advantages and avoid our shortcoming, and help us perform on the world economy stage.
