| Innovation is an eternal theme of human kind. The problem of managing innovative talents become more prominent when we want to foster national and enterprise self-driven innovation capability, and to build innovative nation and enterprises. The paper began with the basic concepts of innovation, enterprise innovation and innovative talent, then discussed the particularity of enterprise innovative talents, namely the definition, types and constitution of enterprise innovative talents. Then aiming to stimulate the innovation potential of innovative talents, we systematically discussed the polyhedral development mechanism, including how to develop the motivation, abilities, potential, intelligence and "joined force" of enterprise innovative talents. Then, with real-world situation considered, we brought forward the motivation approaches aiming at enterprise innovative talents, to maintain the innovation passion and vigor of innovative talents. This paper systematically discussed and summarized Marxist view of talent, so as to give guidance to innovative talent research on the macro level. Finally, for the problems enterprise encountered in managing innovative talents, we brought forward some advices to solve the problems of shortage and leveraging innovative talents for enterprises currently. Hopefully through this research, we can deepen our knowledge on enterprise innovative talents and relevant issues from this viewpoint, and foster the deepening of enterprise innovative talents management theory, so as to raise the holistic enterprise competitiveness. |
