In the era of the rise of knowledge economy and the rapid development of science and technology,enterprises must continue to innovate in order to maintain core competitiveness in the increasingly fierce competition in domestic and foreign markets.People are the main body of accumulation and creation of knowledge,high-end talent is the backbone of innovation.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,it is difficult for enterprises to keep up with the pace of technological innovation;it is becoming an important strategic measure to enhance the competitive advantage and market position to seek the support and cooperation of external technical resources.The open innovation paradigm has certain influence on the innovation behavior of high-end talents.How to correctly understand and grasp the relationship between innovation and openness and high-end talent demand is the key to enhance enterprise innovation ability and innovation performance.This paper first reviews the relevant literature of high-end talent,innovation and openness.On this basis,this paper puts forward the hypothesis,taking the data of Hubei Province Enterprise Technology Center as a sample,we build a model to analyze the impact of high-end talent on the performance of innovation and the influence of high-end talents on the enterprise innovation performance under the moderating effect of innovative openness by using Hierarchical linear regression analysis.The results show that the high-end talent has a positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises,and the innovation openness will regulate this effect in the open innovation mode.In the STI industries,openness has a significant role in promoting the high-end talents' innovation behavior,but in the DUI industries the openness weakens the high-end talents' innovation efficiency.Accordingly,from the perspective of enterprise development suggestions for the enterprise to carry on the innovation strategy for selecting and adjusting are proposed.
