Accelerating process of globalization and the further development of Chinese economic construction, Chinese traditional telecommunication business enterprise's joining a world competition is already a big trend. This thesis aim is to compare with the different enterprise culture and the leadership method between state owned Europe's and American traditional telecommunication enterprise, make the leaders of state owned telecommunication enterprise can find the advantage and disadvantage in their own business in corporate culture and leadership, it can be use it as reference for farther development of corporation.This thesis divided into five parts from the structure:The first part is introduction the characteristics and difference between Chinese and west management theories.The second part is brief introduction about the enterprise culture, combine the Chinese and Foreign scholar's research, and summarize the characteristics of enterprise culture in Chinese, United States, and Europe.The third part is a brief introduction about the research of currently leading behavior , analyzed the relation between leadership behavior and enterprise culture inthe meantime.The fourth part is through passed a questionnaire, I analyzed and research the differences in leadership behavior and enterprise culture between state owned ,Europe's and American and traditional telecommunication enterprise.The fifth part is summarized the questionnaire ,and use to manage square space diagram to signal hint state owned the leadership behavior of the telecommunication business enterprise development direction, in the meantime give some suggestions about enterprise culture in state owned telecommunication company.
