Accessing in WTO, the national automobile industry, which does not influenced by importing of automobiles severely, has developed sharply. But under the perplexing circumstances, such as expanding slowness of international markets, growing speediness of national economy, joint venture enterprises and multinationals which come from out of country impose on national automobile industry enerprises, they should take what stratagems to comply with the trend of developing and the dominance of own and to catch up with multinationals while 5 to 10 years. In this thesis, it recalls the history of Chinese automobile industry, analyses the current condition of national automobile industry, according to its trait of later beginning and lower technology and the trend of international automobile developing. The thesis uses many analytic tools, for example, demonstrational analysis, normative analysis, quantitative analysis and strategical condition analysis ect. The thesis bases upon the theory of late-development advantage, which puts forward by W·Levi and Alexander Gerschenkron, suggests four strategies for national automobile industry enterprises. It is an integrated strategy, including late-development advantage strategy, internationalization market strategy and brand strategy. The thesis parses their feasibility and puts some methods to get them. Finally, the thesis provides many suggestions to the aspects of state, enterprises and consumers, in order to guarantee the strategy be implemented successfully. Othewise, depending on triumphant experiences of Japan and Korea's automobile enterprises, the thesis gives a developmental pattern of Imitation Innovation to meet with the demand of Independent Innovation which sparkplugged by our government.
