Research On The Innovation Capability Of Independent Brand Automobile Industry Based On Knowledge Flow

With the rapid development of China automobile industry, China has become the world’s largest auto maker and auto market. However, the weakness of the innovation capability of our independent brand automobile industry results in the fact that our independent brand auto maker is lack of core competitiveness and profit capability, and consequently restricts the sustainable development of independent brand automobile industry. Focus on this problem, the paper tries to find out the root causes which influence the development of innovation capability of the independent brand automobile industry. By establishing a kind of knowledge flow-based evaluation index system and taking five independent brand companies as examples, the paper points out the strengths and weaknesses in terms of innovation capability of the independent brand automobile industry, and then puts forward the way to develop the innovation capability, which shows the significant meanings to the development of independent brand automobile industry.By literature analysis and theory analysis in terms of independent innovation, evaluation and development of innovation capability and the knowledge-based innovation, based on the understanding of the history, status, dynamic development of the relevant theories, the paper puts forward independent innovation capability improving theory on the basis of knowledge flow, which shows the effect mechanism of knowledge flow transferred to independent innovation capability. The paper establishes the concept model and theory structure of independent innovation capability based on knowledge flow, and provides theoretical arguments for further investigation on evaluation and development of independent innovation capability of independent brand companies.According to the correlation of innovation management based on knowledge management, the paper designs and establishes the evaluation index system of independent innovation capability of independent brand automobile industry. Taking the figures form five independent brand companies as examples and by analytic hierarchy process and integrated evaluation method, the paper evaluates the evaluation index and gets results in terms of knowledge flow and independent innovation capability of five independent brand companies. By comparison and analysis of the figures of the five independent brand companies, we can see that our independent brand automobile industry is very weak in terms of innovation investment, innovation transference, innovation output and innovation management. The paper makes a deep investigation into the root causes from the perspective of knowledge flow.The purpose to draw a conclusion is to solve the slow development of our automobile industry. On the basis of status analysis and evaluation comparison of the independent innovation capability of our independent brand automobile industry, the paper analyzes the influence of knowledge orientation on the development mode of independent innovation capability of our independent brand automobile industry. According to the independent innovation capability theory based on knowledge flow, from the perspective of knowledge flow corresponding to the construction of independent innovation capability, the paper illustrates the developing theory and practical approach of independent innovation capability of our independent brand automobile industry, puts forward the strategy and method, which provides the referential and directive significance for improving the independent innovative capability of our independent brand automobile industry.
