It takes as short as half time of industrialization of other standards to successively finish the stages of standard initiation, technology validation, products development, and network testing.Standard is the language of international trade and the key of market access. To control the standards is to control the resource conformity ability of the industry and to grasp the right of way of technology upgrading, to minimize the cost and independently optimize the structure of the industry, to improve the environment of industry chain, to lead the dynamic allocation of industry resources.
