Study On The Impacts Of Development Of Tourism Resources On Land Utilization

The development of tourist resources is the premise and thefoundation of the development of tourism .It not only includethe exploitation of all kinds of tourism resources and servicefacility ,but also lead to the exploitation of correlationindustry ,thus cause the change of the pattern,direction, typeof the land utilization and influence structure, dynamic degree,benefit, management as well as the urban planning and theindustrial layout of the land of utilization. The study on themconcentrate mainly on the pollution, destroys in the ecology,the supporting capacity of environment ,but ignores theinfluence on the development of the tourism resources on theland utilization in our country. Therefore, this paper takesNanyue County of Hengyang City in Hunan Province as an example,uses the method of qualitative and quantitative ,explorespreliminary the influence on the development of the tourismresources on the land utilization, in order to provide thetheory basis for other local authorities which formulate theland utilization planning, urban planning, tourism planningas well as the development of tourism resources, the industriallayout and so on.The paper includes the following 6 parts:The first part of the paper is the exordium. The papernarrates the meanings of the theory and practice of the impactsof the development of tourism resources on the land utilization,the time of tourism production, the industrial characteristic, the relationship of the development of tourism resources andthe land utilization ,research trend both at home and aboard,mentality and the method, frame and so on.The second one is the theoretical analysis. It elaboratesthe characteristic of tourism driving and 7 tourism drivingfactor of the impacts of the land utilization, those aregovernment tourism policy ,people demand tourism type ,the costand income of the development of tourism ,the land rents oftourism land utilization, transportation condition,infrastructure and service facility construction oftourism ,which obtains from the driving of influencing the landutilization.The third one is the analysis of tourism driving factor ofland utilization of the Nanyue County. It obtains the maintourism driving factor of effect the land utilization, throughcontrasting change of land utilization in 1992 and 2004, andanalyzing the reason of change of NanYue County.The fourth one is the analysis of impacts of theexploitation of tourism resources on the land utilization inNanyue County from the land utilization type and structure,dynamic degree, benefit, management as well as urban planningand industrial layout and so on.The fifth one is the countermeasure of the development ofthe tourism resources and the land utilization. The author putforwards some measures in view of the problems in theexploitation tourism resources and land utilization in presentof Nanyue County , in order to promote the development oftourism well and the land highly effective use.The sixth one is conclusion. It summarizes the impacts of the development of tourism resources on land utilization. Thusprovides the theory basis for other local authorities carryingon the development of tourism resources and land utilization.
