Study On Changes And Its Driving Forces In JIMSAR County

With the rapid growth of economy and increasing of population, the demand for land of human also gradually improved. In the process of society development, because of the natural factors and social factors, different land use structure and land resource quality is continuously changed and impact on regional ecological environment and global environmental. Land use and land cover change is a hot topic in the current geography global change, among them, the change of land use driving force research is the research core. Therefore, analysis of regional land use and change process of land cover, rules and driving factors, is the study of the changes of ecological environment in the important foundation, and also is the regulation of human behavioral scientific decision.Xinjiang Jimsar county economic develops slowly, agricultural production value occupies nearly2/3of the county total production value, it belongs to economically underdeveloped areas. In the Jimsar county land structure, agricultural land is the largest, it occupied nearly three fourths of land area., construction land area holds proportion very small, less than1/10of total area.But with the development of economic and the population increasing, farmland area decreases ceaselessly, construction land area is rising. Jimsar county land utilization trend and its economic development, urbanization process is closely related.This paper use the application of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, to analyze the changes of land use in Xinjiang Jimsar county, including the change of land use, the regional differences of land use and the changes of land use type. Through the analysis of the influence of land use change factor and influence degree of land use in Jimsar County, the paper find out the existing problems in the Jimsar county land utilization, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and aimed at these questions to propose some advices about land use sustainable development.The first part is the introduction, relevant theories.and the domestic and international research trends,The second part introducing Jimsar county natural geography and social economic situation, focusing on the county agricultural land, construction land, and other land use status.The third part is the analysis of Jimsar county land use changing and driving force. The paper analysis Jimsar County Land Use Change from land use change, land use change and regional difference and regional differences of land use type change aspects.Land use degree by using the comprehensive index to calculate changes in volume and changes in rate and resulted that the Jimsar county land utilization is still in developing period;Land use change and regional difference is calculated for relative change rate of land use type in each villages and towns, and then compare, resulted that the Jimsar county land utilization spatial area change is relatively smooth; quantitative changes of land use is mainly from the variation of the amplitude and velocity, resulted that in Jimsar County, Lawn, garden, forest land quantity change greatly, the amplitude of other land use types changes smaller, he integrated change rate is stable, came to the conclusion that the influence of local land use change of several of the most critical factor; qualitative analysis include analysis of driving force of natural factors, social and economic factors driving force analysis.The fourth part is the Jimsar county land utilization problems, countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development of land. Jimsar county land utilization problems mainly about the shortage of water resources, cultivated land protection is contradictory increasingly outstanding and construction land management needs to be strengthened. In the light of these problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
