Marx's philosophy aimed at finding a new world by criticising anold one. In 1844 Manuscript of Economics and Philosophy, Marxdidn't satisfact with reviewing the fact of alienation of labor, but try toshow a beautiful society through criticizing alienation of labor, whichmostly embody in the communist society where the contraditionbetween people and nature, people and society, people and people, eople's body and soul really resolved. The communist societyis notonly a ideal harmonious society, but also a practice movement thatconstantly abandones alienation of labor and private-system. Thearticle reread Marx's theory of alienation and abandonment of laborfrom the angle of harmony, just on the bace of abundant harmonyconcepts concealing in the theory.Studing from Marx's original works and conbining with China'sgreat practice of building harmonious society, this article tries to getMarx's harmony concepts from the theory of alienation of labor andconduct China's great practice of building harmonious society.The article consists of five parts:The intruduction mainly intruduces the reality and theorybackground, concludes and comments on latest researches aboutharmony concepts in 1844 Manuscript of Economics and Philosophy.Chapter one explains the reality and theory signifinance whenMarx brought up the concept of Alienation in Work.The main part, chapter two rereades Marx's theory of alienationof labor from the angle of harmony, points out that the fourconnotationes mean the non-harmony between people and nature, people and society, people and people, people'a body and soul. Indetail, worker alienated from products means the non-harmonybetween people and nature; worker alienated from work and people alienated from humanity means the non-harmony between people'sbody and soul; people alienated from people means the non-harmonybetween people and society, people and people. Furthmore, theprivate-system produced by lienation of labor intensifies the wholesociety's non-harmony.Certainly, Marx thought the communist societyor abandoning alienation of labor can realize the whole society'sharmony, it's a ideal harmony society which Marx persuited.Chapter three intruduces the necessity and goal of China'sharmonious society building and discloses some non-harmonyphenomenones in working area in contemporary China.Chapter four discusses the suggestiones that Marx's alienation oflabor gives to China's harmonious society building, such as buildingup harmonious ecology, concepts, respecting labor and creation, people-oreinted and so on.The conclusion holds that we should persist on Marx'sphilosophy essence of transformating the world, combine theory studywith reality perfectly, and strive for building a beautiful harmonioussociety.
