Study On Reverse Logistics Management Of Electronics Company

Reverse Logistics is with a close relationship with the society and enterprise. RLmanagement can push the establishment of green logistics, and also can enforce theenvironment protection job of the society, to save the social resources. On the otherside, the enterprise can decline cost and resource loss rate, can improve theircustomer service, can satisfy the clients more, and can get the great competitivepower via RL management.Electronics enterprises in America, Japan and other countries in Europe havegone far ahead of Chinese in the reverse logistics practice. The reverse logisticsmanagement in our enterprises is still under the poor conditions and at the stage of RLconcept introducing presently. Meanwhile, due to more and more attention are paid tothe environment and resource protection issues, there have been many countriesalready brought forward plenty of environmental laws and regulations associated withreverse logistics to manage civil merchandise business and even production manner.Therefore, those enterprises that cannot follow and reach relevant legislationrequisition would be washed out of the international market after all. Hence on theone hand what our electronics enterprises can do is learning and copying others'successful experience, on the other hand we ought to work hard to keep up with theadvanced development of RL, match RL theories with related practical realities, andthen take proper innovation according to our circumstances.In view of the above mentioned, the main purposes of this thesis are to make theelectronics enterprises to get the knowledge of RL, to be aware of the importance ofRL, to encourage them to implement reverse logistics management after aintroduction of modern logistics theories. In order to finding a way to achieving RLmanagement, taking Lianchuang as a example, studying it and finally fulfilling themanagement on reverse logistics activities.According to studying the connotation of RL management, Lianchuang, aelectronics enterprise, is taken as the example. In the whole process, this thesis presents several problems of its reverse logistics management.Basing on the practical complexion, a structural design of the reverse logisticsmanagement is suggested for Lianchuang, which includes seven phases respectivelydescribed as RLM steps and some relevant measure.
