Compared with foreign research results, our researches are still at the threshold of the field, and there is a few of theoretical studies on reverse logistics. There are a lot of difficulties and obstacles in advancing and actualizing of reverse logistics, it cries for more thorough of theoretical support and policy guidance. So there are upper theoretical and realistic meanings in the research on advancing mechanism of the reverse logistics.Chapter one introduces the research actuality of home and abroad and the ideal of this paper. Chapter two defines the conception of reverse logistics and tells the difference reverse logistics with reverse flow, then elaborates the correlate theory for the development of reverse logistics. Chapter three describes the aim, the function and the inscape of reverse logistics and analyzes the circumstance inside and outside of reverse logistics system. At the same time, it discusses the influence of circumstance inside and other factors of reverse logistics, then puts up the delamination and annotation with using the interpretive structural modeling for the influence between the factors. Chapter four establishes the game model which there is the influence of customer to with the complete static state information on the basis of the theory of the game. From the above results, there is a lot of work to do such as increasing the support of the government, enhancing the recognition of the enterprise, decreasing the cost and improving the positive emotion of the customers. Chapter five uses the uncertainty AHP to put up the importance ranking for the implementing measures of reverse logistics and puts forward the development of advancement strategy for our country. Chapter six takes the reverse logistics of the waste computers for example and analyzes the necessary and the existent problems for the construction about reverse logistics of the waste computers in our country. After that, it points the initial stage and seedtime of the construction for reverse logistics of the waste computers in our country.
