Generally the enterprise faces two kind of choices about gaining the competitive advantage:Either focuses the attention on the competitor body and changing the strategy according to the opponent strategy change,or pays attention to the customer value demand and changes along with the customer demand change. The coming of information times has had the profound influence to the competition environment,mainly displays in:the customer behavior pattern had the huge change,and the customer demand not only has changed harshly,but also has developed towards the multiplex direction. Facing the complex competition environment,the enterprise realizes that winning the customer is more important than defeat the opponent. The enterprise can only obtain the competitive continuous advantage by quicker and better satisfying customer. It is obvious that the enterprise own ability is only insufficient.Therefore,in order to gain the continuous competitive advantage the enterprise should make fully use the ability of other enterprises by constructing the value network,and dynamic optimize network of creating the value according to the customer demand, provide the whole solution of customization to the customer. Facing the new challenge,this has become a topic that urgently needs to be solved by the company about how to construct the value network and obtain the competitive advantage.The paper is composed of four parts.ChapterⅠis mostly to describe the paper purpose,technical route and research methods along with the innovation and the limitation of the article.ChapterⅡis mostly to brief clarify the relation between the value network and competitive advantage. The paper makes a conclusion that the value network is an effective approach that the enterprise is to cultivate and upgrade competitive advantage by reviewing the value network and competitive advantage theory,and verifies the conclusion with several case. Therefore,these analysis provides the proof about why the enterprise is prepare to construct the value network.ChapterⅢis the important part of the paper, and the paper explores the method about how to construct value network in third part. In this part,the paper provides a whole model about how to construct value network. In order to make the strategy know about the need of the future core competence, the first step is to classify the core competence. The next step is to select the tactics which is to develop the core competence. The third step is about how to select the leaguer. The paper provides the value network model and attempt to synthesis optimization the leaguer by using the mathematical model. The next we think the crux of the success that guarantee the network is the leaguer should have a clarify positioning in the value network and know the function as a leaguer. The last step is to make a acting schedule. Only so the value network maybe makes a perfect affection.ChapterⅣis about how to manage value network. In the part,we begin the analysis form the four aspects,which are the credit,study system,cooperate and competitive behaviors,contact management and interface management. In order to analyze how to manage the value network in this part, the paper cites several cases as the example.
