Question And Countermeasure Of Intellectual Property Rights Management Of Our Country Enterprise

In the 21st century,the intellectual property right will play the most essential role ever in history in the social development. With the further advance on the stratagem status of Intellectual Property (IP) system in the fields of national economy,society development and technique progress, the management of IP has played an essential role in the process of business running and management. In this regard,many foreign corporations have accumulated a lot of successful experience. Currently, the problems in the corporations in our country stand out in five aspects: badly consciousness, lacking of organizations and people, weakly working of property right, much right clash and slow establishment of IP system.Applying multiplex subject theories and methods such as Civil Trade Law,economics and manage ,beginning from the basic concept of IP and IP management, this thesis carries out demonstration analysis of the IP Management in corporations of our nation and overseas countries. Considering among the international compare, the thesis puts forward two main tasks which can improve corporation's level of IP management. They are setting up the intellectual management system and working out IP strategy and putting it into practice. Then the thesis carries out particular discuss about these two tasks in the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter, puts forward the assumptions.
