Consideration Of Intellectual Property Management For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

As the rapid development of economic globalization in twenty-first century, intangible asset shares a growing proportion in the competition. People has more and more profound understanding of the economy.Through the scientific management of intellectual property, small and medium-sized enterprises in our country can not only improve the applicability of intellectual property creation and development, reduce overlapping investment of technology research and development; but also optimize the reasonable allocation of intellectual property resources, through property agglomeration, reach the purpose of lowering the cost of the application of intellectual property rights, improve the operating efficiency of intellectual property rights; can more effectively preserve the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and improve industry’s whole market share and industry’s competitiveness.Scientific research institutes in China generate a large number of scientific research achievements each year, mostly in the form of paper to the public, just a few of which can implement industrialization. However, for small and medium-sized enterprises, to make full use of academic research ability of scientific research institutes not only can realize rapid industrialization of technology results of scientific research institutes, but also can improve the research and development starting point, cultivate the core technology, and increase the enterprise’s capacity for independent innovation.This paper focuses on the construction of intellectual property rights system in small and medium-sized enterprises, the promotion of intellectual property’s creation, utilization, protection and management ability in small and medium-sized enterprise, further improvement of intellectual property management. It is the guardian for small and medium-sized enterprises in the new situation.
