Study On Production Schedule And Control Of Supply Enterprises Under Lean Production Environment

With the market competition environment's becoming more and more hotter, the competition among enterprises has converted into the competition at supply chains of the industry. Therefore, improving competition power and guaranteeing maximum profits of supply chains becomes every joint enterprise's target on the chains. As in the industry of automobile, Lean Production requires Lean SCM system that takes core manufacturer as nuclear enterprise and relevant supply enterprises as supplier, for which supply enterprise must realize JIT supply to core manufacturer to keep its own advantages. So manufacture schedule and control of supply enterprises becomes an important orientation for study.On the base of summarizing manufacture management theory and supply chain management theory, this paper analyzed the inelasticity between supply enterprises'organize mode in production and core manufacturers'requirements by comparing the core manufacturers'stock order form actuality and supply enterprises'manufacture management actuality. Firstly, we studied manufacture's organization mode of supply enterprises, then we studied the coordination mechanisms between supply enterprises and core manufacturers in the supply chains, at last, the study return to material production organization and control in the supply enterprise.This paper's basic point is that the Lean Production in automobile industry requires supply enterprises to improve interior flow and implement Lean Production, on which we put forward applying hybrid push/pull control strategy to supply enterprise's production and goods supply in the supply chain between supply enterprises and core manufactures, and found production schedule and control model of supply enterprises, in which coordination mechanism is joined.On the base of cooperation, this paper studied coordination mechanism , found order changing cooperation strategy and performance evaluation system between supply enterprise and core manufacturer according to 0-1 linear model; analyze practice guarantee steps of cooperation strategy; found performance evaluation system between supply enterprises and core manufacturer and corresponding examples are calculated, which provides favorable evaluation gists for efficient operation of coordination mechanisms and the enhancement of cooperation among enterprises.The paper, whose emphases is the establishment of supply enterprises'MPS, propose taking production demand decision-making and production PRI taxis into account. It is innovative for banding illegible gradation and the two variables, which are demand flexibility and supply flexibility, together in order to lay out supply enterprises'MPS, which improve the established MPS's adaptability. All of this extends stable foundations for Lean manufacture in the supply enterprise.This paper has also expanded and analyzed the hybrid push/pull control strategy's application in the schedule of production and control,. Lastly, summary and prospects are given.
