Research On Production Flow Kaizen Of HL Motor-maker Based On Lean Production

Compared with the advanced level in the world,manufacturing industry in China is still large but not strong enough to meet the developing requirement of China's economy from "high-speed growth" to "high-quality development".Chinese manufacturing enterprises need to learn the successful experience abroad about using LP(Lean Production),in order to minimize costs,improve production efficiency,and enhance market adaptability.Nowadays,the application of LP is far from systematic and in-depth,which leads little cogent and widely useful achievements and presents unbalanced distribution among industries.Few existing cases are results of system design and joint application because the users can't grasp the nature of LP.Motor industry as a typical discrete representative playing an important role in our country's manufacturing industry is faced pressure from both government and market at present.This paper takes the HL Motor-maker as an example to explore ways to solve problems such as no communication between logistics and information flow,inventory store and overproduction by using VSM(value stream mapping)to find out problems in production flow and setting up "supermarkets" to make it a"pull" system and realize zero waste in handling or operation via process program analysis method,line balancing technique and production layout improvement.Safeguard measures and conclusions are also mentioned at last.The implement of the kaizen in production flow of HL Motor-maker based on LP has reduced the workload of the employees and improved the working environment to a certain degree,minimized the cost of enterprises and improved production efficiency,enhanced the collaboration consciousness and cohesive force of the company which needs to thanks for the spreading of lean thinking.In the same time,this paper comes up with an effective method to improve the management level of motor companies,expands application areas of LP,also it can motivate more and more motor companies to explore the study and application of HL.
