Under the circumstance of market economy, and economic globalization, the pressure of employee grows as the competition between enterprises becomes more and more furious. Thus, there emerges a phenomenon called job burnout. A great attention has been paid to the job burnout as well as its negative effects.Job burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are three main elements affecting employees'behavior and performance, meanwhile, employees'activity and creativity play a key role in a company's competency. There's great necessity for all leaders of enterprises to know the answers of the questions following, simultaneously, put forward systematic and scientific ways of managing. 1. How about the job burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees'of Chinese enterprises? 2. What's the relationship of the three elements above?In the prior data, there are seldom any findings to study the three elements--job burnout,job satisfaction,organizational commitment under the same frame. Thus, this dissertation discusses the relationship among the three elements mentioned above under the same theoretical structure with similar methods of study, targets of study and statistical methods as well.The paper selected 120 employees as samples, adopting the method of questionnaire to obtain some related data to analyze the effects of individual attributes to job burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The result of the research demonstrates: 1. Individual attributes do affect job burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the extent turned to be different due to their differences of nature. 2. Job satisfaction has something to do with emotional exhaustion, cynicism and personal accomplishment. 3. Emotional exhaustion and cynicism have negative relationship with affective commitment and continuous commitment, however, positive relationship with normative commitment. And there is seldom obvious relation between personal accomplishment and affective commitment and continuous commitment. But personal accomplishment has positive relationship with normative commitment. 4. Job satisfaction positively related to affective commitment and continuous commitment with little tie to normative commitment.The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter 1 serves as an introduction to this paper, and specifies the purposes and significance to the paper. Chapter 2 introduces the definitions and some theories related to job burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Chapter 3 puts forward some designs and researches, analyzing the statistics and researching hypothesis. Chapter 4 summarizes what we have investigated in the previous chapters, and also attempt to describe what is likely to be done in the future in this research field. Chapter 5 concerns itself about some suggestions of managing methods.
