The Research On Relationship Between Role Stress, Job Burnout And Organizational Commitment

With the development of the economy and the service industry, the white collar has increased to unprecedented number. While white collar was frustrated by some problems, such as role stress, job burnout etc, owing to the great competitive stress in the present society, which may result in low performance, decreasing organizational commitment, even turnover intentions. That will cause huge other side effect to organizations.There were lots of researches on role stress and job burnout in abroad, while not in china. The researches on role stress did not focused on demonstration but on analysing in theory;the researches on job burnout centralized studying of service industry. However the research on relationship between role stress and job burnout, the influence on organizational commitment hasn't been found in china.This research based on the result of foreign scholars and Taiwan scholars, collectted white collars as sample and used several methods, such as interview, questionarie to analyse the questions above. There were four steps to dicuss: frist, set up original model about relationship of role stress, job bournout and organizational commitment;secondly, revising instruments of role stress, job bournout and organizational commitment;thirdly, by factor analysise, regression analysise and T test, the relationship between role stress, job bournout and organizational commitment would be obtained;finaly, the result.Above all, the original model has been supported mostly, and demology factors and organizational factors play a role on the role stress, job burnout and organizational commitment. The result of the thesis will help the manager in the future.
