Aquatic product processing industry consists of Food processingindustry, which makes fish,crab,shellfish,alga into frogen aquaticproducts, dried products, cans, salted and smoked products, andNon-Food processing industry which products fish meal, fish oil,chemical and medical products with low value-added resources and offalsin Food product processing.On the basis of ample investigations and mastery of current situationof aquatic product processing industry in Zhejiang, this thesis employsthe theory of industrial economics, analyzes the contributions made byZhejiang's aquatic product processing economy to the regional economy,and some existing problems and come to the conclude:If Zhejiang's fisheconomy wants to get a further development, the value chain of aquaticproduct processing industry should prolong. Under multi-availing withfish's primaryresources, enhancing the value and availability, educingthe offals, achieving the industry chain link-up between Food processingindustry and Non-Food processing industry, and getting the fish economyfrom linear economy into circular economy. Processing the offals in Foodprocessing into deep-valued products is not only the direction of deep processing, also the new economic growth pole of the aquatic productprocessing industry.An outline of the dissertation is as follows. The first section describesthe background and significance of this research, as well as introducingthe major contents covered. Section two includes chapter two and chapterthree, it describes the current situation and the existing problems ofZhejiang's aquatic product processing industry, Then it analyses thedriving force of the offals recycling from three aspects: resources,industry,enterprise. Section three is the most important section, whichincludes chapter four, five. Chapter four suggests aggregation quality ofindustrial structure of Food processing industry and Non-Food processingindustry, and verifies that it is not only good for Aquatic productprocessing industry, also good for the whole fish industry. Chapter fivestudy the pattern of agriculture industrialization and inquire into contractcode of offals deal system between Food processing enterprises andNon-Food processing enterprises, also it gives a descriptive statisticanalysis with SPSS. The last chapter of this paper draws someconclusions based on the foregoing empirical study, enduces someapocalypses, and gives some advice with combination of ampleinvestigations in Zhoushan.
