Research On Human Resource Management Of Aquatic Product Processing Industry In China

In the economic globalization and market integration today, the market competition is more intense, more efficient flow of talent, small and medium-sized enterprises to healthy development must pay attention to the development and application of human resources fundamentally. Through the review of the related theories of human resource development, present situation of research on human resource development of domestic and foreign enterprises are analyzed. On this basis, in view of the universal existence phenomenon and problems of human resource management of aquatic product processing industry in our country, this paper in-depth research, analysis of its causes and propose solutions. In this paper, aquatic products processing industry in Zhanjiang city as an example, in the study of China’s aquatic products processing industry human resources management of this problem, mainly through the analysis of the implementation of the relevant theory and the actual case, by emphasizing the role of both mutual influence, expounds the importance of aquatic products processing industry, in the current human resources management the necessity and important move.
