Research On Improving The Level Of Agricultural Socialization Service Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

Improving a new type of agricultural socialized service system is an important measure for my country's rural development strategy in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and an inevitable requirement for the development of modern agriculture in the context of the Internet.However,at present,China's agricultural development is faced with the development problems between small-scale farmers and modern agricultural development,agricultural social service supply and demand contradictions are high,agricultural product transaction costs are high,and agricultural product commodities conversion rate is low;by establishing a perfect agricultural social service system To transform decentralized operations into joint operations is conducive to achieving the organic connection between small-scale farmers and modern agriculture;in order to keep up with the pace of the new era,improving the level of agricultural socialization services required by modern agriculture has become the focus of this study.The improvement of the level of agricultural socialization services is of great significance for promoting the rapid development of agriculture,the prosperity of the rural economy,the continued increase in farmers' income and the acceleration of the process of agricultural modernization.In In the context of rural revitalization strategy,this paper conducts academic research with the aim of improving the level of agricultural socialization services.First of all,this article describes the research status of agricultural socialization services and related content at home and abroad,and analyzes the related concepts and theoretical foundations of agricultural socialization services;second,from the service subject,service model,service field and industrial integration Analyze the development status of agricultural socialization services in other aspects;on the basis of the development status,build the evaluation index system of agricultural socialization services based on the rural revitalization strategy by drawing on the results of previous studies,and apply the entropy method to the agricultural society Service level.Through calculation and analysis,it can be concluded that the overall level of China's agricultural socialization services has shown a rapid upward trend from2008 to 2017.From the perspective of various agricultural socialization services,agricultural production services,agricultural infrastructure construction,Agricultural science and technology services,agricultural information services,agricultural financial and insurance services,agricultural industrialization services and agricultural circulation services all show varying degrees of volatility.Based on the above analysis results,the degree of restriction on the level of agricultural socialization services is calculated,and the main factors currently restrictingthe development of agricultural socialization services are obtained,thereby providing more targeted suggestions for improving the level of agricultural socialization services.Third,by analyzing the experiences of developed countries such as the United States,Germany,and Japan in improving agricultural socialization services,the basic characteristics of developing agricultural socialization services in various countries are summarized,so as to provide reference and inspiration for improving the level of agricultural socialization services in China.Finally,according to the new requirements of the rural revitalization strategy for China's agricultural socialization services,combined with the previous research content,it is analyzed that the improvement of agricultural socialization services should be carried out from the following five aspects: improve the service network system for agriculture and build new agricultural socialization services Mechanism;speed up the construction of the "three industries" development system to improve the level of agricultural industrialization;speed up the cultivation of new types of service providers,and promote the revitalization of the countryside with talents;strengthen agricultural technological innovation to help the revitalization of the rural industries;improve the quality of rural financial services and improve agriculture Insurance market,etc.
