Exploration Of China's Compensation Price Of The Rural Land Expropriation

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, how to determine the compensation price of rural land expropriation has become the focus problem of our society, because it is the key of the land expropriation system. The compensation price should be reasonable, because it relates directly to whether the land expropriation works smoothly, and it also influences the economy development and the society's stability in the expropriation regions. This thesis first explains the theories of compensation price of rural land expropriation clearly, which lays the foundation for analysis of compensation price. Secondly, it reviews the history of land expropriation compensation system and deeply studies the main problems of compensation price and it's side effects. Finally, it puts forward some sound suggestions for the land expropriation compensation system based on the experiences of the developed country. There are two functions of the land to farmers: it offers the productive materials and it also provides the life security. So not only the price of the land itself but also the social security price of the land should be included in the compensation price of the rural land expropriation. At last, the "integrated price of land expropriation region" is introduced in this thesis and put forward a series of assistant measures for it.
