As a core component of the process of land expropriation, land expropriation compensation directly affects the benefit of the land's owner and the smooth implementation with the land expropriation's progress. Since the beginning of reform and opening up, state land use system changed from a unpaid, indefinite situation to a paid, limited use situation, but as the result of the planned economy, land expropriation has no substantive change for 10 years. Land expropriation compensation using administrative means, multiple output compensation as compensation standards is a result of this system. Take multiple output compensation as compensation standards, especially in the public interest and non-public interests are building up collective land through land expropriation to the actual site conditions, state acquired land in the planned economy system and provide land through the market system, in this system, state has become the biggest beneficiaries, but the interests of farmers did not receive the necessary protection.With the development of economic and social, as well as the strengthen of the farmers awareness, land expropriation compensation which take multiple output compensation as the compensation method is in urgent need of reform. Currently integrated land section price of land expropriation is presented as a new standard of compensation, consider the level of the region's economic development, location, land supply and demand factors and so, break through the conditions that multiple output compensation in the past on the "output" is difficult to determine, and "compensation multiplier" set unreasonable. It has great significance to resolve the low standard compensation and compensation arbitrariness.But integrated land section price which is a transition towards a more rational system still need to be perfected in theory and practice, it is not a full market prices but market price related. Based on the carefully study foreign and domestic land expropriation experience, the expropriation of relevant domestic laws and regulations as well as government provision, related experts and scholars views on the issue of land expropriation, starting from the land expropriation system, this article take integrated price and it's measurement methods as the main topic, analyzed the land expropriation system's present situation as well as the existence question, the consummation to integrated land section price as well as surveys the method has carried on the detailed discussion from the consummation to land expropriation system. On the concrete computation of integrated land section price, taking NanTong City's integrated land section price's computation as the example, this paper analyzed the use of GIS technology on the land expropriation piece's scientific division and it's achievement performance.
