Research On Method Of Management Innovation Based On Contradiction Solving

Management innovation is very important to the development of an enterprise, and even a nation. So there were several research achievement by both domestic and foreign scholars in the last few years. These achievement mostly concentrated in concept, significance, content, development tendency and thought characteristic of management innovation, but there is no systemic methods following them.We could learn from the modern management theory, the contradiction is the essence of management, and the development of management is substantively a history of unceasingly solveing various contradictions. And each method of contradiction solving contribute to the development and innovation of management. By summarizing domestic and foreign achievement about the management innovation, this thesis discusses the path of management innovation based on contradiction solving, and expect to provide a set of effective management innovation method for enterprises. First, this thesis redefines the concepts of management innovation and management contradiction according to the prevenient research . Next, in view of the enterprise management innovation demand, this thesis concludes the contradiction problems and divides them into four types: contradictions of goals between enterprise and society, enterprise goals and stakeholders, objectives contradictions within an enterprise, and contradictions between solutions and effect. It sets up the elementary management contradiction tree. Because of rarely refered to , the third type is mainly discussed, and it is classified into four types on the basis of management functions. Then, with reference to TRIZ, this paper proposes the idea of the management contradiction solution matrix. Finally, it focuses on the aspect of organizational structure to establish the initial contradiction matrix, and suggests the corresponding solution on the basis of the inventive principles , thus explains how this method works. contradiction management, TRIZ, contradiction matrix...
