Use Of Wisdom In Enterprise's Strategy

Around global economic, Increasing organization's competition power becomes a exigent problem. The important approach is attaching importance to strategic management. In our country, lots of management theories which specialists study and enterprise use, all come from west countries, This results in wilderment of our management practice, misunderstanding and misfllowing west management mindset and method, ignoring our country tradition culture. Strategic management is so, Although it develops all time from introduced in our country, it has localization in the practice of management, because every strategic theory come from different background, It has two problems when use these strategic theories: west strategic theories are not all and always adaptive; If our enterprises want to overtake foreigners, It is impossible to use west strategic theories. Taking cognizance of this, the paper studies how to use man's wisdom, especially Chinese people's wisdom in strategic management. I combine great philosophy wisdom in our country to advanced strategic ideology in west, establish new strategic management theory which is suitable for our enterprises.This paper study the experiences of many enterprises, include domestic and foreign. Bringing forward that usefulness of strategy lead to diversity among enterprises, Then summarizing a proposition that the essence of strategy is the use of wisdom.Then this paper conclude wisdom in west theories, and in famous enterprise. It introjects warlike, philosophical and politic wisdom to strategic management, establish new strategic management theory: temporize, recur to power, use resource skillfully, and ways of analysis for strategic management: know yourself, know others, know trend. It is suitable for Chinese logistic thought.In this study foundation, the paper also indicates the future trend of organization: wisdom organization. And defines it, describes its character. At last I propose how to establish this organization.
