At present, the SMEs have surpasses 80 million registered in the Industry and Commerce Administrative Bureau in our country, which account for 99% of total number of enterprises registered , their output value, the sales income, the profits and taxes and the total export have accounts for 60% , 57%,40%,60% of the national total amount respectively. Moreover The SMEs have also provided 75% employment opportunity for the cities. Obviously, the SMEs are playing the extremely vital role in entire national economy. The SMEs possess much advantage on the resources, the scale & the mechanism, and the developed space. Nowadays, the SMEs will take up above 97% in every country.Therefore, the paper has analyzed reason and theory existed for the small and medium-sized enterprise from the microeconomic angle, and the paper also analyzed the strategy & management model, value chain, competitive ability of Injection Alloys Co.,Ltd as the case, and it also summarizes the strategic characteristic of both the SMEs in European and Injection Alloys Co,.Ltd by chart and data. It has induced the enterprise internal management, the enterprise culture, the encourage mechanism, E-commerce and location of strategy existed in SMEs in overseas. However Small and medium-sized enterprise in our country rely on the success experience when they will operate, which will be insufficient to deal with the challenge situation in the future .so they should set up their mission , goal and strategy, and learn from the experience on Injection alloys and overseas based on own resources and ability foundation. Besides they should transform the business wish positively and open up the space to survive faced the serious competition. the most important is to establish a new strategic thinking strengthen internal management and to overcome family holding, and for the SMEs in china .To combine the long-term interests and short-term interests together, and use modern communication technologies, network marketing, continue to innovate, SMEs will develop characteristic enterprise culture, seize market opportunities and Overcomes the shortcomings which are short life ,less technology, lack of the talented person, ect, of course ,they should put more stress on the strategy, the decision-making system, not the tactics . and build up the team who are study contentiously. Through the systematic analysis, the paper gives the strategic competition pattern chosen which is suitable to the SMEs Finally, the paper forecast the developed prospects of Small and medium-sized enterprise in our country .
