Research On Commercial Operation Pattern Of Baiyun Airport Terminal

In the past, the airport terminal was regarded as an affiliated facility of the airport. Its commercial: value has not been fully used and developed. Many documentary analyses indicate the selection of commercial pattern for the airport terminal is the key to improving the economic benefits of the airport. By comparing with the operation pattern of some primary airports in the world, this article points out the problem of the Baiyun Airport, and makes the direction for the reform of the operation pattern. The operation pattern of the Baiyun Airport came into being in the particular historical background. It was enslaved to politics, economy, cultural environment and historical route. Based on the internal and external environmental analysis, this article presents the new combinative pattern from the inner and outer operation. Directing against the customer's consumption psychology, this article analyzes the commerce characters and operation range in different airport zone, and it analyzes the key factor-the price which restricts the development of the airport commerce. Then, this article proposes the overall arrangement, the price strategy and operation pattern for different airport zone. It provides a more comprehensive scheme to reform the operation pattern of the Baiyun Airport terminal.
