The trend of the globe economic integration is increasing evident, ages. But withthe corporate's strength growing increasingly, it greatly benefits the social economy,and in the meanwhile brings a series of social problems, such as ignoring the staffsrights, befouling environment, putting aside creditor's interests under the umbrella oflimited responsibility, damaging consumer's rights and interests, being indifferent tothe social concerns and etc. Thereupon some scholars point out that the corporateshould not merely think about for the interests of itself and shareholders but alsoburden social responsibility.Based on the above consideration, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is thesense of organizational obligation to take actions that protects and improves bothsocial welfare & the best business interest. The essential idea of CSR is that businessorganization of whatever size has an obligation to work for social betterment, and thatbusiness activity should accomplish along with the traditional economic gains.Though history says that CSR has been discussing for a long time, businesses from allover the world do not make equal response to this demands. However, CSR isincreasingly being recognized by firms as the central to core business activities andsome dynamic business organizations considering this as a tool for corporate strategyand strategic marketing.The dissertation interviews some experts and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) which unifies qualitative and the quantitative analysis, to find the main factorsof affecting development of CSR. Then the dissertation proposes somecountermeasures to improve the environment of CSR.
