Economy in China has gained tremendous achievement after twenty years'development. Entrepreneur has become the essential resource and driving force in the development of enterprises, thus promoting the development of the society and the economy. Nowadays, the theoretic research on entrepreneur has been the hotspot in such fields as economics, management and sociology. This thesis first comments on the theories concerning enterprisers growth, on the basis of which the concept of entrepreneur is defined. Then put forward my own unique research angle: Study entrepreneur's growth from entrepreneur material capital, human capital, social capital.This study explored the structure of Enterprisers capital with the methods of exploratory factor analysis. Then, regression analysis was used to study the influence of enterprisers capital on correlative variables. At last, variance analysis was used to study the demographic effects on enterprisers capital. The results showed:①The structure of enterprisers capital comprises four factors: Political capital, innovation competence, risk decision-making competence, financing environment, relation network, market opportunity.②Enterprisers capital has strong predictive effect on firm performance.Risk decision-making competence, innovation competence and political capital have significant positive influence on financial performance.Political capital, innovation competence, risk decision-making competence and relation network have significant positive influence on effectiveness performance. Innovation competence and risk decision-making competence have significant positive influence on effectiveness performance; Political capital and relation network have significant negative influence on effectiveness performance.③Demographic variables and organization background variables, including political background , age, educational level, enterprise owned, enterprise scale, have significant effects on political capital, innovation competence, risk decision-making competence, financing environment, market opportunity.
