Research On The Influence Of Human Capital,Social Capital And Psychological Capital To Guizhou Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurship Willingness

Based on relevant literature and theory on the analysis of factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of Guizhou migrant workers from the three aspects of human capital,social capital and psychological capital,using the survey data of Guizhou migrant workers will start the first,using the descriptive statistical method and the influence on the development status of migrant workers in Guizhou Province and its human capital,social entrepreneurship capital and psychological capital factor analysis;secondly,the $two logistic model to analyze the human capital,social capital and psychological capital for farmers' entrepreneurial intention analysis;finally,according to the conclusion of the study,respectively,from the perspective of human capital,social capital perspective and psychological perspective put forward to promote human capital,social capital and migrant workers psychological capital promotion countermeasures.This paper shows that the human capital factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of migrant workers,migrant workers Cultural Education and training times with entrepreneurial intention has a negative relationship,and health status,work experience,learning ability,work skills have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention,and influence the creation ability is not significant;in the social capital of migrant workers,the number of friends,friends often contact the unit where the nature and popularity status,others on entrepreneurial intention of their trust,and the local people live in harmony degree of migrant workers is positivelyrelated to the impact of migrant workers,social capital to get through personal reputation social capital on entrepreneurial intention is not obviously,in the psychological capital,have important influence factors of migrant workers toughness,self-efficacy,optimism of migrant workers entrepreneurship.Therefore,in order to promote the migrant workers to better business,attract more migrant workers for self employment to solve the employment problem of migrant workers,migrant workers,people need the joint efforts of the government,based on the current situation and the empirical analysis based on the results,from the human capital and social capital are proposed from three aspects and psychological capital,expect to make some contributions to the theory and practice of the development of migrant workers.
