Since 21th Century,with the deepening of the market economy,competitions among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.However,these competitions are all rooted in"people" finally.Enterprise's development and success is depends on its employees.The ability and quality of the employees will have a significant impact on the development of the enterprise.The main way to obtain excellent talents is recruitment,therefore,the effectiveness of enterprise recruitment plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.In the recruitment activities of an enterprise,the most frequently used is the interview,so at the introduction part of this paper,we first introduced the background of this research,introduced its theoretical value and practical significance,and then we pointed out the issues we met during the recruitment activities,such as "missed good candidate","mistake hired a candidate","high turnover rate",etc.These issues will result the duplicate recruitment requirements,and then affect the recruitment effectiveness.Then at the theory introduction part,we introduced some recruitment effectiveness related theories,such as person job matching theory,competency model theory,and also based on these theories,we introduced the current research status of recruitment effectiveness and structured interview.After that,this paper provided an overview of the structured interview and the recruitment effectiveness in details.From the dimension view,expounded how the structured interview will affect recruitment effectiveness.Then collected a large number of data by carrying out a questionnaire survey at the companies which conduct the recruitment activities by structured interview.After collected the data,analyzed those data and expounded how a structured interview will affect recruitment effectiveness deeply,and also with the real examples proving.Finally,according to the analysis results,worked out some conclusions,and provide some suggestions to those enterprises which will use structured interview to conduct the recruitment activities.
