Human resources, as one of the most valuable resources in the21th century, hasdrawn much attention of most industries, and has been risen to a level of business strategy.Therefore, some questions have been studied by human resources managers everyday:talents selection, talents cultivation, talents retention, talents utilization, and talentsinspiration. Within those five questions, talents selection is the foundation and guidance,because only the scientific talents selection technology and tool could meet the needs ofhuman resources in an industry, and to ensure a sound operation as well as to carry out thehuman resources strategy of an industry. As an advanced talents selection tool, structuredinterview has drawn much attention within most industries because of the high validityand reliability. As a result, structured interview becomes a feasible method for industry toselect talents.The constituent of this thesis is organized according to the thought way of’grasptheory, find problem, solve problem, verify effect’. First of all, on the basis of analyzingand summing up the present state about the structured interview, this thesis introduces andillustrates the related concepts of the structured interview by means of literature review.And also introduces the reliability of the structured interview, the validity of structuredinterview, People-Organization matching theory, situational interview, behaviordescription interview.Secondly, from the start point of targeting ZYEW as the researching object, thisthesis begins with the present state of personnel selection finds the problems of thatcompany in personnel selection through qualitative analysis, and the reason of presentproblems, then puts forwards the corresponding optimizing strategy.Third, based on the existing problems and causes of the company, uses structuredinterview optimization strategy is feasible way to company interview system at present,and puts forward position analysis optimization, proposition strategy optimization, theoptimization of staff, the implementation of the optimization, interview assessment systemoptimization five optimization strategies and methods. Finally, through the interview system optimized plan in the implementation of thepilot units, analyzed and summarized the effect of optimization, and prove its feasibility,thus provides an instructive personnel selection method for ZYEW, as well as othercompanies.
