The energy, as a kind of important strategic resource, concerns economyof a country and operate effectively continuously and national strategy is safe. It hasimportant influence on the strategic interests of the countries all over the world. Sinceentering new century, because of the function of the complicated and multiple factor, theenergy becomes the sensitive problem of affecting people's nerve again, grow inintensity in international politics around the competition which the energy institutecarries on. However, the energy competition is not merely the battle of the pureeconomic benefits, it always interweaves with the political interests of eachinternational interest group together. This text takes the deep concern about internationalenergy competition, attempt to utilize the political science theory to analyze theinternational energy competition, to the political subject of energy competition, therelation among the subjects, the essence of energy competition is analyzed, the energytaking one as our country offers reference strategically.This text is divided into four following parts:The first part is guide the theory. The intention of my brief argumentation selectedtitle and research meaning, have introduced the domestic and international researchcurrent situation about energy politics at present, and then propose new meaning andcharacteristic. At the same time, research approach of this text is brief illustrated.The second part is the energy competition is a global question. In this part, Iproceed with definition of the energy, have analyzed the distribution of the globalenergy and supply and demand state, point out geopolitics characteristic and energy ofworld is distributed as the important function of the strategic resource, become thefierce fuse of the global energy competition. Then, I have analyzed the basic situation ofglobal energy competition and the relation of energy and global politics from the visualfield is globalized, think the energy has had close contacts with international politicssince industrial society, especially in globalization era, it is unusually sensitive that theenergy makes international politics change. So, countries have made one's own energystrategy one after another. This text has mainly introduced several entities having great influence on energy politics of the world, for instance, U.S.A., European Union, Japan,Russia, etc. Meanwhile, several focus areas where I contend for brief argumentationword energy: Middle East, Central Asia-the Caspian Sea, Africa area.The third part is political science analysis of energy competition. This part is a keypart herein, I proceed from angle of the political science theory, has analyzed thebehavioral host of international energy politics, the relation among every main body,and the essence of energy competition.I think, in current energy politics, the main behavioral host has country,international organization and trans-corporation. The country has the subjects ofcapability and influence in every behavioral host most, it passes various diplomaticactivities of the positive international energy field of participation, regulates thedomestic energy policy, influences international politics. The international organizationhelps to coordinate some benefits of conflict of international energy field and incidenthappening suddenly, but the international organization faces the contradiction of thenational benefit and the collective interests. The energy trans-corporation is atrans-corporation initially, though its position drops to some extent today, however,because it is grasping latest technology and a large amount of capital of the energyindustry, so, it still occupies a tiny space in today's international energy competition.The relation of every subject is conflict and cooperation of two kinds ininternational energy politics, I have described conflict and modes of conflict among allkinds of subjects in detail through the case, cooperating and cooperation mode.Finally, I point out, the essence of energy competition is the battle of the nationalbenefit in the international politics, it is the battle of the power of every main body inthe international community. So, the outlet of international energy competition mustfully respect all subject interests, It must surmount it by zero with, it is the getting morerich to if drawing, compete in order in compatibility.The fourth part is the energy strategy of China. As the Chinese energy depends onthe constant rising of degree, it is a big problem which concerns the national economyand the people's livelihood that the energy of China is safe. Foreign China Threat fromenergy makes international energy strategy of China takes a step to be difficult further.In order to obtain steady energy supply, coordinate with the interests between energybig country, the world main energy exporting country of old brand, competition andplaying chess will be primary problem that the Chinese energy strategy faces. So, the energy strategy of China should insist on starting from one's own energy-conservation,on the basis of safeguarding national benefit, avoid the international conflict, work outpositive cooperation international energy strategy.
