With the growth of Chinese economy, the building industry keeps the growing situation vigorous. Building industry is full of opportunities and challenges. The competition about talented person has become fiercer. Building enterprise is a labor-intensive enterprise. All employees may be talented person on some certain significance, but core employees are especially important. Because of core employees'position and excellent show, core employees become competitors'objects who may be hunted. Without question, company leaders should seriously thank about if core employees are still loyal and what they should do to raise employees' loyalty.Firstly, this paper studies and analyses the research situation about employee loyalty both at home and aboard through a large number of documents. Secondly, taking two companies (Jang Sue Zhong Yi and Chang Li Jian She) as example, this paper finds the defects of building enterprise management by interview and questionnaire, and then gives some specific solutions.The study indicates that many factors from three dimensions (enterprise, employee and external environment) affect the loyalty of the core employee. In order to keep the level of the loyalty high and stable, there are two suggestions: establishing the modern thought of human capital management and carrying out the whole course administration of core employee loyalty. The study, combining with my work experience, not only enriches theory of employee loyalty, but also provides reference for building enterprises to take effective measures to improve the management of core employees.
