Finance industry has a sensitivity in changes of economic market, and largely restricted by economic market. The development of financial industry has been challenged from many aspects with the process accelerate of economic globalization and China’s accession to the WTO, which has also brought new management issues to securities companies.As one important part of financial industry, the operation and development of China Galaxy Securities Co. cannot do without the support and loyalty of employees. As a kind of corporate value and thinking orientation, the enterprise culture is an important management tool to guide enterprises in employee behavior. The enterprise culture has been paid more and more attention along with our country enterprise market competition intensifies. In recent years, studies have shown that corporate culture has an impact on employee loyalty, but most of the studies focus on theoretical research, empirical evidence is less. This paper makes China Galaxy Securities Co. as a research object to analyze and discuss the influence of the staff of the enterprise identity and loyalty factors. Then the author makes a discussion for the corporate culture construction optimization of Galaxy Securities Co-In the author’s opinion, there are four aspects to improve the culture construction level of China Galaxy Securities Co.:Firstly, the proposed guidance values stratification and enterprise culture are layered in demand; Secondly, to training and interpretation staff background instruction of enterprise culture; Thirdly, establish the head mechanism demonstration zone, with the old and new, to unmarried, married with the higher band low duty; Fourthly, we should encourage competition, and improve the incentive mechanism.
