The urban land price, just like a weatherglass, reveals the uncertain relation between the supply and demand of the land, and it is the important standard judging land market is healthy or not, it is the core problem about a series of market behavior such as transferring, leasing and mortgaging. The urban land price strongly reflects the city man land relationship in the economical angle. So urban land price problems becomes is one of key questions researched in land economics, economic geography and related discipline.The urban land price is a multidimensional conception with space time character, and it has relevance and particularity in spatial distribution. But at present there are less study on spatial distribution discipline about urban land price, and not systematic theory and method. This paper creates digital land price model(DLPM)by GIS spatial analysis methods, the geostatistics theory and method, principle and method of the digital elevation models(DEM), and discusses research method on the spatial structure of urban land price, reveals urban land price spatial distribution discipline. Combining commercial land price in urban planning area of Huhhot, this paper analyses land price spatial distribution discipline, in order to supply some references for city function zoning, optimizing city land use structure, regulating city land market and keeping city sustainable development.Firstly, some basic concepts such as land price, urban land price and the spatial structure of urban land price are explained, respectively. The present situations of the studies of the spatial structure of land price in China and other countries or regions are presented. Secondly, some basic theory and method to the spatial structure of urban land price are presented, such as the spatial analysis methods, the digital elevation models, the geo-statistics theory and method. Moreover, digital land price model and a series of maps expressing the spatial structure of land price are created. Following these, the major characteristics of the spatial structure of urban land price, land price gradient and slope direction and spatial correlations in Huhhot are analyzed, respectively.The result shows, the digital land price mode(lDLPM)can classify grade and evaluate price of city land. It reflects spatial distribution discipline and variation feature of land price. Distribution of commercial land value presents circles structure. The higher value regions have littler area. Urban land value takes on continuity in general and variability. Commercial land value is impacted by regional total trend more than little range variability, shows good spatial correlation.
