Research On The Relationship Of Traditional Equipment Manufacturing And High-tech Industry Of Liaoning Province

Northeast old industrial base of Liaoning province, and its equipmentmanufacturing industry in Liaoning province and occupies very large proportion inthe national industrial system, but in the past due to the influence of the plannedeconomy system, on the priority to the development of the equipment manufacturingindustry lack the strategic understanding, lead to the equipment manufacturingindustry on the whole old presents the outdated technology and equipment, inparticular, some traditional equipment manufacturing industry showed a serious lackof competitiveness. At present, to overcome the shortcomings of traditionalequipment manufacturing industry are aware, in Liaoning province to realize high andnew technology industry in promoting the importance and urgency of itsdevelopment.Based on the theory of industry association, a comprehensive study of traditionalequipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province with the correlation betweenthe new and high technology industries. First of all, in this paper, the relevanttheoretical research at home and abroad were summarized; Secondly, based on thecurrent situation of the development of equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoningprovince, by using the theory of industry chain analysis the present situation oftraditional equipment manufacturing industry; Again, on the basic relationshipbetween traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry analysis,on the basis of using the industrial connection theory qualitative analysis thetraditional equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province and the relationship between the new and high technology industries, including contact,product price and investment ties, production technology, labor and employment, andon this basis summarizes the influence of traditional equipment manufacturingindustry of Liaoning province with the core element of the relationship between thenew and high technology industries. In this paper, based on the input-output table ofLiaoning province in2002and2002, RAS correction method was applied totraditional equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province in2012to thedirect consumption coefficients of high-tech industries and fully speculateconsumption coefficient, in combination with input-output analysis and enterprisespread effect theory, based on the three input and output data of horizontal andvertical analysis, research of traditional equipment manufacturing industry andhigh-tech industry in Liaoning province. Finally, on the basis of qualitative analysisand quantitative analysis, put forward suitable for traditional equipmentmanufacturing in Liaoning province suggestions on the coordinated development ofthe industry and high-tech industry.
