How to support SMEs, make them develop healthily, already is a world topic. The author has suggested building the government supporting system on our country's SMEs through studying the facts that the government supporting policies to our country's SMEs and the current situation of our country's SMEs and surveying on the spot about the States of execution of government supporting policies to our country's SMEs. The tentative plan of building the government supporting system on our country's SMEs includes perfecting the SMEs'relevant laws, constructing SMEs administrative department system, establishing the framework of supporting policy system, and building the assessment system.
