Sme Financing Problem

From 1990s,the SMEs have become the most important engine for the economic marketilization and economic growth.Especially in the fiele of economic growth,employments expand,techenlogy innovation and social wealthy creation.Today,more and more people pay their much attention to the SMEs development and its financial support.Now,it is difficult for SMEs to develop smoothly because of the "bottleneck"of capital.This means that current financial system cannot meet the SMEs finance demand ,such as its multifarious financial characteristic.for example,lower capital scale ,higher capital demands frequency and urgent timetable for capital demands.There are many kinds of SMEs in China mainland and indifferent district they developed differerntly.It isdifficult for to solve the financing problem if we only dependent on one or two methods.On the contrary,we should combine the developed economics and enterprise capital structure theory together;learn advanced management Experience from abroad .In the mean time,we also should sue quantitative analysis.Only for this,can we find a sufficient way to support SMEs effectively.that is also why the auto of this article attempts to probe into this problem in the hope if making a breakthrough in the solution of their finance dilemma.From 1996,our government applied to study the question about the SMEs,and have issued a series of some policies one after the other to surport the SMEs's development.All financial institutions also made some reformationsto improve financial services for SMEs,such as promulgated at Jan l,2003.Accordingly,the outer condition to develop SMEs have been improved obviously, but difficulty in financing is also a problem.this text,firstly analyse the sort,then analyse the station and the action of SMEs in country economy,so author believes supporting development of SMES is a immportant problem.then author analyse the deeply factor and bring up a kind of finance system arrange to revive the difficulty in SEMs financing, the innovation of this text is "finance gap".anthor beleves that government can make upthis gap. in the mean time ,author analyse and use other country's politics for reference,then bring up advice to support the SMEs.
